I got jealous of all the folks getting sleep masks, but since we use a lamp to wake up several days a week, I didn’t know if it would help or if I would use it more than twice a week. I got the Bucky 40 Blinks from Amazon and so far I seem to mostly rip it off in my sleep. The head strap is too big, but I really didn’t want to invest in a fancier one just yet, so I’m just going to adjust them.
