So this week, I met one of my two goals – I walked/ran for more than 12 miles this week, which includes a 4.5 mile run from this morning, and a very long day of walking on Wednesday.
Summer has gotten very busy very fast, and this week was not a good one for the gym. I made a valiant effort at waking up at 5:30 am two days in a row, and failed both times. I put my gym bag in my car to go to spin class after work, but it didn’t happen. Next week, I will go to spin class at least twice, since I’m really worried about our Wales bike trip, and I will also try out the Body Pump class my friend is always raving about.
